TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms are an agreement between you and Master Games Club Interactive Private Limited for use of the Master Games app and mastergamesclub.com. In short: be an adult in a permitted state, play fairly, keep your account to yourself, and read the limits before you sit. The detailed terms follow.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, resident in India, and not located in a state where the game you choose is prohibited. One account per person. Our employees, contractors and their immediate families may not play for real money. We may ask for proof of age or residence at any time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything done on your account and for keeping your phone and OTPs private. You may not share, sell or transfer an account. We may suspend an account for suspected fraud, collusion, multiple accounts or automation, and hold related winnings while we investigate.

3. Deposits, withdrawals and fees

Deposits are in Indian rupees by UPI or net banking. Withdrawals need completed KYC and go only to a UPI ID or bank account in your name. Platform fees are shown on each table before you join and are taken from the winning pot. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are shown in the wallet. Taxes are deducted where the law requires.

4. Fair play

Results are decided by a certified random number generator and, where relevant, by players' decisions. Chip dumping, sharing cards, bots, scripts, exploiting bugs and playing from a restricted state are prohibited. Disconnections are handled as described on each game's page. Game histories are retained and may be reviewed by the game integrity team at any time.

5. Promotions and bonus chips

Bonus chips are credited under the conditions shown in the app before you accept an offer, including the release rate and expiry date. Bonus chips cannot be withdrawn directly. One offer of each type per person, household, device and UPI ID. We may remove an offer and related winnings where it was obtained through multiple accounts, self-referral or other misuse, and we may change or end an offer for new claims at any time.

6. Refunds

Unused deposits stay in your wallet and can be withdrawn after KYC without a fee. Stakes in completed hands, deals, spins or rounds are not refundable. If a game is interrupted by a fault on our side, stakes in that round are returned automatically; if your own connection drops, the game page's disconnection rules apply. A withdrawal can be cancelled until it shows as Processing.

7. Taxes

Under Section 194BA of the Income-tax Act, 1961, tax is deducted at 30% on net winnings from online games when you withdraw and at the end of each financial year. Deductions appear in Wallet › History and a Form 16A certificate is issued each quarter. GST on deposits is included in the amount shown before you pay. You remain responsible for your own tax return.

8. Dormant accounts

An account with no login for 12 months becomes dormant. We notify you by SMS and email 30 days before. Dormant accounts are charged ₹50 a month or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until you log in again or the balance reaches zero.

9. Responsible gaming

Deposit and loss limits, reminders, breaks and self-exclusion are available in Account › Play Limits and explained on the Responsible Gaming page. We may restrict an account if we reasonably believe the holder is under 18, playing from a restricted state, or at risk of harm.

10. Disputes

Raise a dispute about a hand, round, deposit or withdrawal within 30 days through in-app chat or [email protected], quoting the table or round ID. We reply within 48 hours and give a final decision within 30 days; you may then escalate to the grievance officer at [email protected]. These terms are governed by Indian law and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Suspension and liability

You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your balance. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks or a legal requirement, and hold funds for up to 90 days during an investigation; lawful balances are paid out when it ends. Our liability for any claim is limited to your wallet balance at the time of the event, except where Indian law does not allow such a limit.

12. Communications

We contact you about your account by SMS to your registered number, by in-app notification and by email if you have given one. Promotional messages can be switched off in Account › Notifications without affecting service messages such as OTPs, withdrawal confirmations and changes to these terms. We never contact you by phone call, and no message from us will ask for an OTP, password or UPI PIN.

13. Intellectual property and changes

Master Games Club, Master Games, the game names, the spade mark and app content belong to Master Games Club Interactive Private Limited. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and by email 14 days before they apply. If you do not accept them, withdraw your balance and close your account before that date.
