FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Account & login
How do I register?
Install the app, tap Join, enter your mobile number and the six-digit OTP that arrives by SMS, confirm you are 18 or older and pick your state. Registration takes about a minute; KYC is only required before your first withdrawal.
The OTP never arrives
Wait a full minute and tap Resend. Check that the SIM is active and that transactional SMS is not blocked by a DND setting. If it still fails, open chat from the login screen and quote your number.
Can I log in on two phones?
You can log in on any Android phone, but only one session is active at a time. Logging in on a new device signs the old one out.
APK & updates
Where do I get the latest version?
The app prompts you when a new build is released. You can also download the current APK from the Download page and install it over the existing one; your wallet and history are untouched.
Which phones are supported?
Any phone running Android 5.0 or newer. For smooth tables we recommend 3 GB of RAM and a 4G or Wi-Fi connection.
Wallet & KYC
How do I add money?
Through any UPI app or net banking. The minimum deposit and any GST included are displayed before you confirm.
What does KYC involve?
Upload your PAN card and one government photo ID in Account › KYC. Most checks are completed within 24 hours and you are notified in the app.
My deposit has not shown up
UPI deposits normally appear within two minutes. If the money has left your bank and the wallet has not updated after 30 minutes, send the UPI reference number through in-app chat.
How long does a UPI withdrawal take?
Usually a few hours. Bank transfers take one to two working days. A withdrawal can be cancelled from the wallet until its status changes to Processing.
Safety & fair play
Will Master Games staff ask for my OTP?
Never. No one from Master Games Club will call you or request an OTP, password, UPI PIN or payment on any channel.
How do I report a suspicious player?
Open History, select the hand or round and tap Report. The game integrity team reviews it with the full table record and replies in chat within 48 hours.
How do I cap my spending?
Account › Play Limits lets you set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps, a daily loss limit, session reminders and breaks of 24 hours to six months.
Before you write in
- Check the answers above; most login, KYC and payout questions are covered.
- Have your registered number ready, and for a game dispute the table or round ID from History.
- For a late withdrawal, wait for the time the wallet showed: UPI a few hours, bank 1–2 working days.
Report a scam
Send the number, screenshot or link to [email protected] with the subject "Scam report". If you lost money, also report it at cybercrime.gov.in or call the national helpline 1930.
