Who can play

You must be 18 or older and live in an Indian state where the game is permitted. Age is confirmed through KYC before any withdrawal; accounts belonging to minors are closed and deposits returned to the source. We may also restrict an account where we reasonably believe the holder is at risk of harm.

Limits you control

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly or monthly. Lower it instantly; raising it takes 24 hours.
• Loss limit: real-money play stops for the day once you reach it, including auto-spin and Auto Cash Out.
• Session reminder: every 30, 60 or 90 minutes, showing time played and net result.
• Reality check: the wallet shows your net result for the week on every deposit screen.

Breaks and self-exclusion

In Account › Play Limits you can pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, or self-exclude for 3 or 6 months. During an exclusion you cannot log in or deposit, and we send no promotions. Exclusions cannot be shortened once set, and the support team can apply one for you by email.

Warning signs

• Playing to win back losses, or for longer than you planned.
• Borrowing money or delaying bills to deposit.
• Hiding how much you play from people close to you.
• Feeling restless or irritable when you are not playing.

How to set a limit

1. Open the app and go to Account › Play Limits.
2. Choose Deposit limit, Loss limit or Session reminder and enter the amount or interval.
3. Confirm with the OTP. Lower limits apply at once; higher limits apply after a 24-hour cooling period.
4. To take a break, choose Pause or Self-exclude, pick the length, and confirm. The choice cannot be reversed early.

For family and friends

If someone close to you is playing more than they can afford, you can write to [email protected] with their registered number. We cannot discuss another person's account, but we will review it for signs of harm and, where our terms allow, restrict it. The helplines below are open to family members as well as players.
